Jack Henry is seeking an entry‑level security professional who wants to build a meaningful career with strong long‑term growth opportunities. In this role, you’ll be a critical part of protecting people, facilities, and essential systems by providing real‑time security support through systems monitoring, physical security activities, and timely notification of appropriate staff. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with professional security operations, work within clearly defined procedures, and develop skills that can lead to future advancement within asset protection, security operations, or related fields. The salary range for this position is $16.00-$18.00 per hour and will be determined based on experience level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Monitors multiple corporate security systems including but not limited to intrusion, fire, and BAS systems.
- Creates work orders for requests and tracks the work order to ensure a timely and accurate resolution.
- Responds to requests for access.
- May process daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- May conduct foot patrols of company property to maintain employee safety, identify potential hazards and unsecured openings.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 6 months’ professional work experience.
- Must have the ability to walk at least 5 miles during the work shift, that includes staircases and moving throughout the Monett facilities.
- Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to drive company owned security vehicles.
- Must live within a 30-mile radius of Monett, MO campus with the ability to respond to a campus emergency or need.
- Must have the ability to work a second shift 10 hour schedule of Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm Central -2:00 am Central. This can include holidays.
- Must have the ability to travel up to 5% to other Jack Henry Office locations for team meetings, training, or site visits.
- Experience in law enforcement, military, asset protection or physical security.
