This is a contract Owner Operator role based on-site in Navasota, TX. The Owner Operator will be responsible for transporting bulk materials efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include route planning, vehicle maintenance, timely delivery of materials, and maintaining professional interactions with customers. Operators will need to maintain accurate logs and adhere to company guidelines.
- Possesses experience in commercial driving, preferably in the transportation of bulk materials.
- Proficient in route planning, navigation, and maintaining transportation schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to inspect, maintain, and ensure the safe operation of commercial vehicles.
- Strong understanding and adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a good driving record; Hazmat certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
