As a Food Service Kitchen Assistant Manager, you will be an essential part of growing the food service program in our store! Our customers love the products and food service we offer, as well as, the convenience of our location. It's what keeps them coming back!
This career path will keep you on your toes with a number of different responsibilities that fall within the food service program, but safety, quality and service will be your top priority! As a Food Service Kitchen Assistant Manager, you will develop a strong partnership with the Store Manager. You will be eager to aid in the coaching, training and maintenance of food service associates on all kitchen standards. You will maintain required records for food production, inventory and temperature/production/expiration logs. Keeping kitchen equipment working and maintained to ensure smooth workflow is essential.
