Accounts Payable Specialist (Part Time)

• Verify, process, and record invoices to ensure they match purchase orders and receipts.
• Schedule payments through check, ACH, or wire transfer to uphold financial commitments.
• Maintain vendor profiles, including contact information, W-9s, payment terms, and payment methods.
• Assist with performing check runs.
• Approve and process expense reports in alignment with company policy.
• Review and resolve payment disputes with vendors.
• Request vendor statements to ensure accurate records between companies.
• Assist with internal inquiries or data requests related to audits and branch requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1–3 years of accounts payable experience or relevant college coursework.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (listening, verbal, and written).
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn Baseplan software.
• Higher-level computer skills, including experience with AI tools, preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to tick and tie.
