Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm service appointments via phone and text, for in-dealership and mobile service appointments.
- Handle inbound service calls, check voicemails and return calls on service inquiries.
- Use customer lists to contact customers regarding recalls and recommended services.
- Generate repair orders for mobile appointments.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding questions, appointment details, and follow-ups after appointments.
- Coordinate service schedule effectively to optimize appointment scheduling and weekly workload balance for advisors and technicians.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment logs.
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries or issues related to service appointments.
- Support the service department with administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including phone and text communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, Google sheets and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive service coordination or a related field preferred but not required.
- Competitive wage of $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.
