Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer located in the San Francisco Bay Area and more specifically San Jose, California, The Personal Trainer will be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, creating personalized training programs, leading group fitness classes, and providing one-on-one coaching. Additionally, the role includes monitoring client progress, offering nutritional advice, and ensuring a safe and positive workout environment.
Qualifications
- Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills
- Circuit Training and Sports Coaching skills
- Knowledge of Nutrition
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse client needs and goals
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification required
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
