Job Summary
HOURLY COMMISSION STIPEND
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property & Causalty Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team and drive growth through proactive client engagement and expert insurance solutions. In this role, you will leverage your licensing credentials to sell a broad range of insurance products. Your energetic approach to outside sales, combined with exceptional communication skills, will help build lasting customer relationships and expand our client base. Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, retail sales, and community networking events. (provided by the agent)
- Present tailored insurance solutions that meet clients’ needs for property, casualty, and commercial insurance products.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively to secure favorable outcomes for clients while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, exceptional service, and personalized benefits administration.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details accurately.
- Analyze client needs through detailed assessment skills to recommend appropriate coverage options and explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes such as HIPAA compliance, and product knowledge to provide expert guidance on insurance sales.
Qualifications
- Valid state license as an Insurance Producer for Property & Causalty. (Agent will assist with costs with a provision for the State we are licensed in the Agency)
- Proven experience in outside sales and retail sales within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.(Not Required)
- Knowledge of insurance regulation standards
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering positive experiences.
