Position Summary

The role involves monitoring chemical programs, collecting field data, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring treatments improve well performance and equipment reliability. Field Engineers work closely with customers and operations teams while maintaining safety, environmental compliance, and efficient field operations.

Essential Functions

• On-site operations monitoring stimulation treatments to ensure Engineering design specifications are met in real time.
• Analyze data to interpret stimulation candidates for production optimization.
• Develop proposals through product collection, analysis, and volume calculations.
• Perform complex product calculations to interpret volumes, pressures, depths, and rates
• Develop and maintain customer relationships for new and existing customer .
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure all job details are investigated and evaluated from every angle.
• Follow-up on previous orders and hold discussions with customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Track completed and ongoing orders.
• Communicate with field staff to ensure field logistics are in order, to complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Work in compliance with company procedures, rules, and policies at all times.
• Manage projects for more than one customer with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Prepare and submit post-job reports.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Self-motivated and can excel while working individually and remotely or while traveling.
  
  

Skills & Abilities

• Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills. Efficiently navigate a web browser, follow online instructions, type, and use a mouse.
• Customer Service Skills: Meet internal and external commitments, respond promptly to customer needs, and solicit customer feedback to improve service. Maintain eye contact and a friendly and cheerful disposition to form essential bonds with customers.
• Work Ethic: Be dependable, trustworthy, truthful, punctual, consistent, and credible in the workplace. Display a sincere desire to provide service or assistance, follow instructions, and take responsibility for own actions. Show a commitment to doing the best job possible. Demonstrate good communication, organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Physical Abilities: Lift and carry 50 pounds in various packaging. Tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds, with the use of a drum dolly.
  
  

Work Environment

An outdoor working environment with driving involved. Employee should be prepared to work in extreme temperatures. Frequently used safety equipment includes, but is not limited to: hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, gloves, and H2S Monitor as required.
