About
In the C.O.R.E Training Program at Jacam Catalyst, you will work side-by-side with experienced technical and field personnel to learn about our company, customer solutions, laboratory resources, technical knowledge, and company values. You will develop the basic skills necessary to successfully manage and maintain an area and/or production account. You will also learn the following key items:
- Maintain day-to-day operations to sustain customer accounts.
- Knowledge of basic field sampling, wellsite equipment, maintaining inventory, product applications, and various production vessels.
- Organize and self-manage all field operations including a sampling schedule, inventory, workover rigs, team meetings, and customer needs.
- Explain water & well analysis to the customer and provide them with a service regimen that treats their unique oil and gas well problems.
- Conduct field surveys to identify current treatment programs for existing or potential problems and develop recommendations for treatment solutions.
- Understand Jacam Catalyst’s product line to provide performance and application guidance to customers.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
- Liaison between the field and the laboratory to develop and direct laboratory testing to support field recommendations.
- Know all safety procedures.

Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- High School Graduate and/or bachelor’s degree.
- Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills. Efficiently navigate a web browser, follow online instructions, type, and use a mouse.
- Customer Service Skills: Meet internal and external commitments, respond promptly to customer needs, and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
- Work Ethic: Be dependable, trustworthy, truthful, and credible in the workplace. Display a sincere desire to provide service or assistance, follow instructions, and take responsibility for own actions. Show a commitment to doing the best job possible.
- Comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Have fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
- Adhere to guidelines, policies, and procedures as described in the Jacam Catalyst handbook.
- Adhere to Jacam Catalyst’s Drug and Alcohol policy and agree to submit to random drug testing as a condition of employment.
