Key Responsibilities:
· Provide first-line support for administrative applications, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user concerns efficiently.
· Maintain, update, and setup applications to optimize performance and functionality.
· Assist with data entry, testing validation, and reporting as required for various business applications.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users.
· Customer service, empathy and patience.
· Critical thinking and problem solving.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
