About us
Jacaero Industries is a family-owned supplier of serviceable airframe components to airlines, MROs and brokers around the world. We’re headquartered in Mt. Pleasant, TN and have been in business since 2010. We are entering an exciting growth phase for the business and opening a sales office in Franklin, TN.
The role
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Director to own and grow relationships with major North American airline accounts. You’ll turn key carriers into long-term partners, and you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a small regional sales team as the business grows.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage relationships with purchasing and materials teams at assigned accounts in the North America region
- Develop account plans and grow revenue across assigned accounts
- Gain a deep understanding of each account, identifying pain points and opportunities
- Secure and maintain approved-vendor status and handle supplier onboarding
- Quote and close RFQs, including through airline portals and parts marketplaces
- Provide feedback to the executive team on trends and strategy that will better position us to service these accounts
- Over time, hire, train and manage a Regional Sales Associate
- Work with our compliance and operations teams to meet each customer’s requirements
- Keep a clean pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
What you bring
- High School diploma and associate or bachelor’s degree
- 5 years selling aircraft parts or MRO services directly to airlines
- Established relationships with major airline buyers is a plus
- Strong knowledge of rotables, consumables and trace documentation
- Experience with parts marketplaces such as ILS or Aeroxchange
- A track record of hitting revenue targets on named accounts
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
