Seasonal Sales Associate (PT) - Madison

Position Duration: Through December (Holiday Season)

Overview:
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will help achieve store sales goals and deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the busy holiday season. You’ll build lasting relationships with customers, represent the Jacadi brand with enthusiasm, and contribute to the overall success of the store team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Meet store sales goals (KPIs).
• Assist with stock maintenance, shipping, and receiving procedures.
• Assess customer needs and provide guidance on product features and styling.
• Actively engage with customers to drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing store environment.
• Follow all register and point-of-sale policies and procedures.
• Support team members to keep morale high and ensure smooth operations.
• Notify clients of preferred sales and upcoming merchandise.
• Represent the store professionally and positively at all times.

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule with mandatory weekend availability.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Passion for children’s fashion and willingness to learn the Jacadi brand.
• Well-organized, energetic, and sales-driven.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Stand for 6–8 hours per shift.
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and moving throughout the store (including stairs).
