Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals, including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and internal sourcing initiatives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates via social media management, HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft, to conducting interviews and negotiating employment contracts.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Taleo to streamline candidate tracking and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers through effective communication skills, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices and employment law compliance.
- Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes to ensure long-term workforce stability.
- Conduct research on labor market trends and leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Salesforce for lead generation and candidate outreach.
- Oversee employment & labor law adherence, HR sourcing activities, and onboarding procedures using platforms like UltiPro or Kronos.
- Cold call potential candidates, engage in relationship management, and utilize social media management skills to enhance employer branding efforts.
- Support training & development programs aimed at enhancing recruiting team capabilities and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive search, or campus recruitment with a strong understanding of HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or PeopleSoft.
- Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage complex contracts and employment agreements effectively.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance across all hiring activities.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition techniques including cold calling, research, lead generation, and leveraging social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Taleo as well as HR tools such as UltiPro or Kronos is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
