Third Shift (Monday - Thursday)

10:30 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand all test processes per released work instructions (pressure, leak, flushing, drying, electrical validation) to provide accurate support and documentation.
• Responsible for debug and troubleshooting all test failures
• Responsible for preventative maintenance and upkeep of all test equipment, including calibration checks, cleaning, and scheduled service tasks.
• Provide clear pass‑down reports at shift change.
• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and Lockout for energized equipment and liquid systems.
• Collaborate with Test Engineers and Manufacturing to improve test yields, uptime, and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support training for new processes.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Familiarity with PLC/HMI interfaces, VFDs, and electrical safety practices.
• Basic understanding of pressure, flow, and leak detection principles.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC operation and data entry.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with engineers, operators, and support teams.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
