- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing an engineering team; managing
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Exceptional product development and program management skills
- Expert understanding of Agile development methods with the ability to drive
- Deep experience in process development and process improvement
- Able to lead the development of complex processes spanning multiple functions
- Ability to travel up to 20% as required
- Master's Degree is preferred
