The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the development, improvement, execution, tracking, and adoption of business processes, data, training, and measurements. This role works closely with the Sales team and other enablement departments, serving as a trusted source of information and insight to support decision-making and drive the business forward within a continuous improvement environment.

Area(s) of Responsibility
- Ensure effective development, implementation, and execution of sales training, processes, and policies.
- Manage team with a focus on operational efficiency and team development with a focus on continuous process improvement and data analysis.
- Provide objective insight into sales productivity, and recommend strategic improvement for leadership.
- Maintain customer surveys, documents and contracts; and manage cross-functional communication to ensure adherence.
- Administer Sales governance mechanisms including maintenance of policies and procedures.
- Partner with Business Intelligence to provide actionable insights into business activities.
- Drive periodic Sales target setting process and enable account review preparation and delivery.
- Support transaction lifecycle including demand, sourcing, backlog and inventory management, through delivery; drive excess transactions including broker flips.
- Manage administration of sales related documents including customer contracts, surveys, etc.
- Implement and govern processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of data.
- Support Sales Department with hiring, onboarding, training, evaluation, etc.
- Identify and lead projects and initiatives in support of attaining business objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree 5 years in Sales Operations and Product/Project Management, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of electronic component distribution industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with complex ERP systems.
