Job Description: Quality Technician Company:** Jabil Inc. Job Summary:** Jabil Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to ensure product quality and process integrity through meticulous inspection, data analysis, and adherence to established quality standards. Job Responsibilities:** * Perform various quality assurance activities, including inspections, tests, and audits, to verify product and process compliance with specifications. * Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement in quality processes. * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. * Operate and maintain various Quality Assurance Tools to support inspection and testing requirements. * Document and report quality findings, ensuring accurate and thorough record-keeping for data quality assurance. * Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality matters. Job Qualifications:** * Proven experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment. * Familiarity with MS Office * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. * Ability to work independently when trained on Corrective Actions, Data Validation, Shop Floor Assistance, Routine Auditing, Quality Instruction generation and revision, being a representative for the Quality Culture in an ISO9001 manufacturing assembly environment. * Ability to work as part of a Teamwork-oriented environment. * High level of attention to detail and accuracy. * Experience with IPC610 a recommended for wiring and cable terminations a plus. * Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
