Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspection:
- Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
- Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products for visual, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics using inspection sheets and sampling plans.
- Compare obtained results with target values and document deviations.
- Read and follow visual aids, engineering change notices, and operating procedures to determine acceptance or rejection of product.
- Perform visual inspections using magnifying tools, sampling methods, first article checks, and/or AOI machines.
- Enter inspection results into MES systems.
- Perform lot release and archive batch documentation.
- Prepare required documentation and ensure compliance.
- Assist in training co-workers.
- Perform roving auditor inspections in manufacturing areas.
- Follow all safety, health, and security policies.
- Perform Device History Review inspections and final product release.
- Support filing, imaging, and verification processes for records.
- Review batch documentation for GDP compliance.
- Act as final checkpoint before shipment.
- Communicate issues and prioritize tasks.
- Participate in compliance programs.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required with 1–2 years relevant experience.
- Experience reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments.
Salary : $18 - $32
