The role involves assisting production teams in meeting output targets, performing basic data recording and housekeeping tasks, and participating in training, continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Skills/ Ability Generic (High Level)
The role requires a willingness to learn and follow instructions, along with basic teamwork and communication skills. The intern should demonstrate attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a production or shop-floor environment. Basic problem-solving, adaptability, and time-management skills are also important.
