Key Responsibilities： Lead manufacturing feasibility (DFM/DFA) reviews for mechanical components Define manufacturing processes, line layout, tooling requirements Support tooling design reviews and trial builds Lead process validation during EVT/DVT/PVT Prepare PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions Analyze defects and drive corrective actions Improve cycle time, yield, and cost through continuous improvement Evaluate supplier capability and drive manufacturing improvements Track key manufacturing KPIs (OEE, scrap rate, cycle time) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering 3–7 years of experience in component manufacturing Strong knowledge of machining, stamping, casting, injection molding Skilled in GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation Solid understanding of PFMEA, DOE, SPC, MSA Hands-on experience with tooling, fixtures, jigs Cross-functional communication, ability to work with suppliers and manufacturing sites Strong communication, Fluent in Thai and English reading/writing ability Strong hands-on problem solving Data-driven decision making BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
