Join our team as an Inventory Control & Logistics Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in managing outbound and inbound shipments, keeping operations running smoothly, and preventing delays. You’ll work closely with our Logistics Supervisor and external partners to ensure timely deliveries and tackle challenges proactively. Key Responsibilities As our Inventory Control & Logistics Coordinator, you will: Support Logistics Operations: Assist the Logistics Supervisor in daily shipping and inventory control tasks. Coordinate Shipments: Prepare accurate shipping documentation and arrange shipments with Freight Forwarders. Monitor Inbound Deliveries: Keep a close eye on incoming shipments to prevent delays or disruptions in operations. Handle Customs and Exemptions: Apply for exemptions on dutiable items and interact with customs and brokers for international shipments. Verify Billing and Claims: Ensure freight invoices are accurate and promptly manage insurance claims for cargo damage or loss. Optimize Processes: Contribute to process improvements and uphold compliance with shipping regulations. Additional Duties: Take on related tasks as needed to support the team’s success. Qualifications We’re looking for a candidate who brings the following skills and expertise: Communication Skills: Strong ability to present information effectively and address questions from various stakeholders (both in Croatian and English) Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to identify issues, analyze data, and make informed decisions. Technical Proficiency: Advanced PC skills, especially with Windows-based systems and inventory software. Attention to Detail: Ability to prepare clear correspondence, understand visual aids, and follow instructions accurately. Math and Analytical Skills: Comfortable with calculations involving fractions, percentages, and interpreting graphs.
