The Financial Reporting Intern will work under direct supervision and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to support the preparation of financial materials to be used in external financial reports.

Summary Of Position

Intern Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, XBRL and Press Releases
- Consolidate financial information for disclosure in SEC filings
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for SEC filings
- Support a variety of ad-hoc requests
- Major(s): Accounting and other related majors
- Class Year(s): Rising Junior, Rising Senior, Recent Graduates
- GPA: Min 3.0
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Excel
- Effective Communication, Self-starter – Ability to drive work
- Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience
