Facility HVAC Lead ensures that all air conditioning units, extractors, stress chambers and refrigeration units are operating at optimum conditions via the predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance in order to avoid down times in the manufacturing lines.

- Comply within /- 5% in the application of the forecast assigned to projects and costs monthly.
- Maintain all Company required certifications.
- Ensure all procedures are updated and reviewed and generate those that have not been published.
- Have zero deviations in audits.
- Have zero deviations in the procedure for purchasing goods and services for the company.
- Have 0% down time in the production lines for failures in air conditioning, refrigeration and extraction equipment monthly.
- Have /- 5% deviations in the consumption of energy budgeted for the equipment they are responsible for.
- Comply with the Predictive and Preventative Maintenance program (PROTEUS) in the established time.
- Have zero deviations in the maximum and minimum inventory parts and accessories for air conditioning, refrigeration and extraction equipment monthly.
- Search and develop providers and services for the supply of materials and services to have alternatives and to make proposals for cost reduction.
- Participate in the evaluation of providers and contractors in coordination with the purchasing department.
- Analyze and propose tasks that are advantageous financially and can be performed by plant personnel.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
- Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs
- HS Diploma required
- 8 years minimum experience supporting industrial HVAC systems
- EPA 608 - Universal Certification preferred. Maryland Statutory License (Boilers) preferred
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages
- Proven leadership and multi-tasking experience for preventive maintenance and emergency situations
- Or equivalent combination of education, certifications and/or apprenticeships
Salary : $28 - $50
