Position Summary NyproMold is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our machining team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in precision manufacturing and tooling. The CNC Operator will assist in operating and maintaining CNC equipment while learning to produce high-quality components used in injection mold tooling. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines under supervision Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Monitor machine operations to ensure proper function and detect issues Perform tool changes and offsets as directed Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and setup sheets Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Keep machines and work areas clean and organized Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Required: Vocational School – completion or active Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Basic math skills (measurement, fractions, decimals) Preferred: Exposure to CNC machining through coursework, training, or internships Ability to read basic blueprints or technical drawings Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Manual dexterity to handle tools and small components Pay based on experienced: $21-$23/hour The hourly pay range for this role is $16.35 - $29.42.
