Job Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Support the setup, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and test fixtures and JIGs
- Perform basic engineering calculations and simulations under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to products or processes.
- Participate in prototype assembly, testing, and validation activities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed in a manufacturing environment.
