EHS Engineer I (Fresh Graduates)

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EHS Executive (Fresh Graduate) to support the implementation and monitoring of environmental, health, and safety programs within the organization. The candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards while promoting a strong safety culture across the workplace. Key Responsibilities 1. Health & Safety Assist in implementing workplace safety policies and procedures. Support regular safety inspections and risk assessments. Help investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Participate in safety audits and compliance checks. Assist in organizing safety training and awareness programs. Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). 2. Environment Support environmental compliance activities (waste management, emissions, water management). Assist in maintaining environmental documentation and records. Participate in sustainability initiatives and environmental monitoring. 3. Documentation & Compliance Maintain EHS records, reports, and compliance documents. Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits. Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements. Support implementation of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001). 4. Training & Communication Conduct toolbox talks under supervision. Support employee induction safety training. Promote awareness of safety procedures and emergency response plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or related field.
