- Support customer relationships and business initiatives
- Assist with product launches, business transfers, and materials management
- Prepare RFP responses, forecasts, and business reviews
- Partner with Business Unit Managers on daily operations and account management

- Analyze business performance and help deliver customer-focused solutions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, finance, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Leadership potential and desire to grow into a management role
