Business / HR Internship Job Summary This internship offers hands‑on exposure to business operations and administrative support within a dynamic corporate environment. Opening departments: Human Resources and Business Development Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization. Assist in preparing, formatting, and distributing business or HR documentation and reports. Support the coordination of meetings, scheduling, internal communications, and departmental activities. Maintain and update records, databases, logs, and office inventories to ensure accuracy and completeness. Liaise with internal teams to address administrative needs and ensure timely follow‑ups. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards. Perform additional tasks and projects based on the specific department to which the intern is assigned. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with internal stakeholders. Able to work independently with good attention to detail and maintain strict confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage. Willing to be based in Penang (Bayan Lepas or Batu Kawan) for the internship period.
