Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift

How will you make an impact? The Production Technician is responsible for the timely and accurate assembly and inspection of parts in compliance with internal procedures and work instructions including the ability to work through problems independently. What will you do? Operate and maintain production equipment Follow production schedules and processes and ensure deadlines are met Complete parts inspection and testing Maintain accurate production records of building, scrapping and testing parts Practice independence in prioritizing tasks Monitor production processes and communicate solutions for production challenges with team leadership and other departments Follows established guidelines for safe material handling and use of protective gear Assist in the creation of documentation How will you get here? Experience: 2 years experience in manufacturing or role with equivalent skillsets Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Attention to detail Follow instructions Process oriented Capable of working within a team and independently Ability to problem solve Strong written and verbal communication skills Dexterity/fine motor function What can we offer you?
