Duties

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement.
• Pick and pack orders with precision, utilizing order picker tools and inventory management software to fulfill customer requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and AS400 platforms.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock replenishment activities to keep inventory levels accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with trade regulations and safety standards.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with stock stocking, order fulfillment, loading & unloading trucks, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems, and AS400 platforms.
• Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics, and international trade regulations.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent data entry skills combined with familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation purposes.
• Ability to perform order picking & packing efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation to assist team members and support smooth warehouse distribution processes.

Pay: $21.84 - $28.71 per hour
