Medical Operations Consultant

Responsibilities:
Analyzes an organization's business practices and clinical workflows to identify inefficiencies, develop strategic solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Enhance operational efficiency, improve patient care quality, and optimize financial performance.
Core Responsibilities
- Performing thorough evaluations of current operations, financial records, patient feedback, and existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis
- Analyzing data, including financial reports and performance metrics, to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
- Developing actionable strategic plans to streamline processes, reduce costs, increase revenue, and improve overall service delivery.
- Implementation and Training: Collaborating with staff, administrators, and C-suite executives to implement new systems, processes, or technologies, and designing/delivering necessary training programs.
- Compliance and Regulation: Advising on and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and industry regulations such as HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act.
