Duties
- (Primary duty 1) Gain new MSP clients.
- (Primary duty 2) Maintain and grow current MSP client base.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing MSP clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts
- Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and expand current service agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor technology solutions that meet client requirements
- Conduct regular analysis of account performance, identifying areas for growth or improvement
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, forecast sales, and maintain detailed account records
