Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven MSP Account Manager to lead our client relationships within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our business clients, driving growth through strategic account management, proactive business development, and effective technology sales. Your energetic approach will help foster long-term partnerships, identify new opportunities, and ensure clients receive exceptional service that aligns with their evolving needs. Duties

  • (Primary duty 1) Gain new MSP clients.
  • (Primary duty 2) Maintain and grow current MSP client base.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing MSP clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts
  • Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and expand current service agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor technology solutions that meet client requirements
  • Conduct regular analysis of account performance, identifying areas for growth or improvement
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, forecast sales, and maintain detailed account records

Skills

  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively
  • Strong business development acumen with experience in B2B sales environments
  • Expertise in technology sales and understanding of MSP services and solutions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for account management and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing client accounts and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends for strategic decision-making
  • Experience in marketing strategies relevant to technology sales and client engagement
  • Warm calling techniques to establish rapport quickly and generate new leads effectively
