USPTO Licensed Patent Agent or Attorney

JA McKinney & Assoc., LLC, an intellectual property boutique, is seeking a USPTO registered patent agent or attorney to join our practice. Full-time and part-time tele-commuting or remote working arrangements are available, but the ability to join us at the Millersville office at least periodically is desirable. We provide IP legal services to small and medium size businesses in many technology, business and product categories, including consumer electronics, industrial machinery, firearms, boats, ships and Internet-related businesses including organizations involved in sales, consulting, community outreach and publishing. Our practice includes many aspects of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law, including counseling, prosecution and licensing, but we do not specialize in litigation.

Requirements: United States Patent Office Bar required, For Attorneys in Maryland: Maryland Bar preferred, Previous USPTO patent prosecution experience required, Some litigation experience preferred (but not required), All technical disciplines considered.
