The ideal candidate will leverage their licensing and industry expertise to assist with permitting, plan review, project estimating, and pre-construction support for hotel development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Pull plumbing permits
- Perform plumbing takeoffs
- Review plans for code compliance
Requirements:
- Active Master Plumber License (required)
- Experience reading commercial construction plans
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and permitting processes
- Hospitality or commercial construction experience preferred.
