What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Operator position at J7 SERVICES?

Operate heavy equipment such as**excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, backhoes, and skid steers**.
Perform**site preparation, earthmoving, trenching, grading, and backfilling**.
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
Follow**project blueprints, plans, and specifications**to complete work accurately.
Conduct**pre-operational inspections**and routine maintenance checks on equipment.
Ensure compliance with**OSHA safety standards**and company policies.
Work with site supervisors, laborers, and other team members to complete projects on time.
Identify and report any mechanical issues or needed repairs.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

Experience operating heavy equipment**in construction, excavation, or utility work (2 years preferred).

Knowledge of**grading, excavation, and trenching techniques**.
