This position will support the accounting department at j5create, a growing computer accessory distributor in Kennesaw, Georgia. This individual is expected to perform the duties and responsibilities with a high level of accuracy. Our office is casual but professional and has a fun team of hard-working individuals. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Post incoming customer payments into the system to maintain accurate records.
- Process customer invoicing and billing.
- Accurately document and track returned merchandise.
- Handle customer compliance and initiate disputes.
- Research and resolve customer discrepancies.
- Work closely with the various teams across the company for timely transaction processing.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and task-oriented.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees within the organization.
- Strong communication skills.
- Support and relate to the culture of the organization.
