⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is no base salary. This role is built for driven professionals who want to run their own book of business with the full backing of an established, tech-forward brokerage.
💼 What You'll Be Walking Into:
✔ An existing inventory of active listings across Industrial, Retail, Office & Multifamily
✔ Pre-qualified tenant leads in your specialized asset class
✔ Access to CoStar, LoopNet & our proprietary company database
✔ In-house research, comp data & property technology tools
✔ A collaborative team environment with the autonomy to build your own business
📍 Markets: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island & Long Island
🎯 What We're Looking For:
• Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson license (required)
• Prior experience in Commercial or Residential real estate
• Hands-on experience in one or more asset classes: Industrial, Retail, Office, or Multifamily
• Self-starter mentality with strong hustle and follow-through
• Ability to source leads, conduct tours, and negotiate deals end-to-end
