In this position, you’ll become an essential part of the team—supporting core functions within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general office workflow—while acting as a key communication hub for both vendors and customers. What You'll Actually Do:
- Manage AP/AR inboxes, handle vendor/customer inquiries by email and phone, and process/distribute mail
- Assist with new vendor setup, documentation collection, and completion of credit applications
- Maintain accurate vendor records and support 1099 compliance through organized documentation
- Review and process customer credit applications, gather tax exemption certificates, and maintain updated customer files
- Monitor aging reports, contact customers to resolve outstanding balances, and document all collection efforts
- Review vendor and customer statements, assist with discrepancy research, complete ACH verifications, and support improvements to AP/AR procedures
- Stuff and mail checks as needed, and assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- 1 years of accounting, office or administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Sage 300, QuickBooks, or similar accounting tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Typing proficiency of 50 WPM
- High School Diploma required - accounting coursework or associate degree preferred
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation $22-26/hour bonus potential
- Hybrid – 3 days a week in Broomfield office
