Leading real estate development and design firm seeks a Director of People and Culture to join its team. What You’ll Actually Do:
- Understand and embody the values and culture of the company
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction that aligns with the company culture
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR-related risks and implement measures to mitigate them
- Think outside of the box to stay ahead of the HR game
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
- Ad Hoc as assigned
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- HR Degree or related field is preferred, but not required
- 5 years of experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Understanding of HR laws & Regulations
- Construction or related background is a plus but not required
- SHRM or PHR certification is a plus!
Where and How Much:
- Hybrid – Big Sky, MT or Bozeman, MT
- Target Compensation $140K - $160K Discretionary bonus
- PTO | Health Insurance | 401k with Company match
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
