J29 Creative Group is a boutique marketing agency based in Leawood, Kansas, serving
businesses across the Kansas City metro. We’ve been in business for over a decade,
partnering with growing companies to bring clarity, strategy, and real results to their
marketing.
We’re not a high-volume agency. We focus on long-term partnerships and helping
businesses grow with intention.
The Role:
We’re looking for a J29 Brand Ambassador to represent our brand within the local
business community and help build meaningful relationships.
This is a part-time, commission-based (1099) role focused on connecting with
people, starting conversations, and introducing potential clients to our team.
This is not a traditional sales or social media role.
What You’ll Do:
-Build relationships with local business owners and professionals
-Attend networking events, community gatherings, and business meetups
-Start conversations and identify potential opportunities
-Introduce qualified prospects to the J29 team
-Schedule intro meetings with our team
-Leverage your personal network (online and in-person) to create awareness and
introductions
-Capture light, authentic moments (photos/videos) while out in the community to
support brand presence
What You Won’t Do:
-No cold calling quotas
-No closing deals
-No managing client work
-No requirement to create polished or edited content
Who This Role is Ideal For:

Requirements:
-Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic online tools
-Reliable and responsive with communication
-Organized and able to track conversations and follow-ups
-Professional and confident representing the J29 brand
-Comfortable attending events and talking with new people
-Comfortable taking casual phone photos/videos in social settings
Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with performance-based pay:
-$100 per qualified meeting that attends
-5% commission on collected revenue for the first 90 days of new clients
-5% commission on one-off projects (paid as revenue is collected)
*Typical earnings range from $500–$2,000 per month, depending on activity and
performance.
Time Commitment:
Most successful ambassadors invest approximately 8 to 12 hours per week building
relationships, attending events, and following up with connections.
This role is flexible, but requires consistent activity to see results.

-This role requires initiative; success comes from building relationships and
staying active
-Meetings must be qualified and attended to be eligible for compensation
-Commission is based on collected revenue only
-This is not a content creator or influencer role; focus is on relationships and
conversations
