Position Overview:  

As a Team Member at Jack in the Box, you’ll be part of a high-energy team responsible for providing  exceptional guest experience. You’ll play an important role in ensuring that each order is accurate,  fresh, and delivered with friendly service. As a Team Member, you’ll be part of an energetic team  focused on creating great guest experiences. You’ll take orders, prepare fresh food, and help keep  our restaurant clean and running smoothly. We’ll provide full training — all you need is a positive  attitude and willingness to learn!  

Key Responsibilities:  

 Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner  

 Take accurate food orders and process payment transactions using POS system   Prepare and assemble food items according to Jack in the Box brand standards   Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant (front counter, kitchen,  dining area, restrooms)  

 Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies  

 Work efficiently as part of a team to meet service times and quality goals   Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate to management  when needed  

 Work efficiently as part of a team to meet service goals  

 Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned  

Qualifications:  

 Must be at least 18 years of age  

 High School Diploma or GED is preferred  

 Previous food service or retail experience a plus (we’ll train the right person)   Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability skills  

 Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment 

 Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment  

 Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)   Must maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn  

Pay & Growth Opportunities

 $12.00  

Closing Team Member Shift Differential: 

Team members that work evening or closing shifts (typically between 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM) receive an  additional $0.50/hour shift premium in recognition of their late-night responsibilities including  managing end-of-day operations, ensuring store security, and completing nightly reports. 

Typical Hours:  

 Day Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM  

 Evening Shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM  

 Closing/Night Shifts: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
