Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D CAD drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to produce accurate technical drawings for site design and building projects
- Develop and update schematics, plan drawings, and permit applications for construction projects
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications
- Review and modify existing drawings as necessary
- Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy of drawings
- Collaborate with Clients and co-workers to ensure effective communication and coordination of design changes
Experience:
- High School Diploma required, college degree preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, image creation, and PDF documents
- Strong understanding of site design principles and practices
- Familiarity with codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing creation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
