What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level - Administrative Office Assistant position at J&W PharmLab, LLC?
Established and growing contract research company serving the pharmaceutical industry worldwide is looking for an Office Assistant to join our staff.
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities for this position include performing various administrative tasks (processing and placing orders, answering phone calls, returning customer e-mails, light data entry). We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
Salary is based on experience and benefit requirements. Payroll is done on a monthly basis.
Casual, friendly working environment.
The position does include pulling orders in a cold-storage room and standing to pack shipments.
1. Excellent verbal, writing and language skills.
2. Microsoft Office Experience (QuickBooks experience preferred but not required)
3. 1 year of full-time work experience in an office setting is preferred.
4. Ability to climb a small step ladder
