About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Billing Specialist to join our growing company. The role of a billing specialist is to produce and maintain invoices for multiple customers. The Candidate should eventually demonstrate the ability to understand and assist with the resolution of complex requests. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Key responsibilities will include:
· High volume billing in accordance with contract requirements
· Ensure invoicing is done accurately and timely
· Delivery of invoices to customer via email, portal upload, mail
· Process credit card payments
· Effectively communicate with other departments, project managers, and customers
· AR aging review, and customer follow up
Other Skills/ Abilities:
· Capability of independent work
· Excellent organization and time management
· Strong attention to detail
· Work well in a team environment and support others within the group when
needed
· Excel advanced level (formulas, pivot tables, etc) is a plus
· Strong sense of urgency for addressing internal and external customer/company
needs
· Ability to multi-task and work in an efficient manner.
· Poses excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution
