Location: Hazelton, Idaho
J&W Agri-Corp is hiring a Class 8 Truck Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic to join our in-house maintenance team in Hazelton, Idaho. We service Class 8 trucks and trailers and are looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined professional who wants stable, long-term employment.
Experience is preferred, but we WILL train the right candidate. " Pay is DOE"
Job Duties:
- Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on Class 8 trucks and Trinity commodity trailers
- Handle tires, R&R wheel seals, brakes, suspension components, transmission, differentials, and engine components
- Troubleshoot and repair 12V DC systems
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
Requirements:
- Basic mechanical skills (training provided for the right candidate)
- CDL- is a plus, extra pay
- Own set of tools
- Reliable work history
- Ability to work day shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and possible swing shift (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
- Availability to work 40 hours a week and every other weekend (weekend and on-call incentives offered)
- Residence within 50 miles of Hazelton, Idaho
