🧼 What You’ll Do
- Perform professional floor care services:
- Strip and wax
- Buffing and burnishing
- Auto-scrubbing
- Carpet extraction (if applicable)
- Travel between client sites using a company vehicle
- Maintain floors to high-quality standards
- Operate and maintain floor equipment safely
- Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures
Qualifications:
✅ Requirements
- Floor care experience required (strip/wax, buffing, burnishing, etc.)
- Experience operating commercial floor equipment
- Valid driver’s license clean driving record (required)
- Comfortable driving a company vehicle between job sites
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work evenings or weekend shifts
