Seeking a Customer Service Representative candidate for Cameron County area with excellent communication and sales skills. Must understand financial equipment sales processes including leasing, financing, and quoting. Candidates must have a strong background in relationship management, transaction details and have an exceptional personality. Willing to travel and be trained. Must have a clear driving record (company vehicle provided).
· Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
· Resolve billing, account, and service-related issues in a professional manner.
· Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
· Meet performance metrics such as call quality and response time.
· Responsible for the sales and marketing of equipment
· Ability to prepare and present sales contracts and/or lease agreements
· Strong Organizational skills.
· Adapt to different personalities
