We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building abilities, excellent sales skills, and a solid understanding of equipment financing processes, including leasing, loan structures, and quote/costing analysis. This role requires a proactive individual who enjoys connecting with customers, managing detailed transactions, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales cycle. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management
- Promote, market, and sell financial equipment solutions to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- Prepare and present sales contracts, lease agreements, and financing proposals.
- Generate accurate sales reports and maintain up-to-date pipeline information.
Customer Service & Support
- Communicate with customers via phone or in person to provide product and service information, take or modify orders, and resolve questions or concerns.
- Analyze and address customer issues, including service or billing complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Record detailed notes of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
- Perform activities related to service corrections such as merchandise exchanges, billing adjustments, or account updates.
Operational & Financial Process Support
- Assist with costing analysis and pricing quotes for equipment financing or leasing solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the transaction process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth deal flow and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in equipment financing, leasing, or related financial services (preferred but not required).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training.
