Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to contribute to the design,
planning, and execution of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will work closely with
project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within
budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed designs and plans for infrastructure projects, including development sites, roads, sewer, water and drainage systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Perform civil site design, hydrological analysis and calculations using industry-standard software.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support during construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and zoning regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous use of Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio, and other industry-standard software use a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Prefer Professional Engineer (PE) license, or (EI) certification with ability to obtain PE license within 4 years with concentration in Construction or Water Resources and Environmental Design
- Prefer 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in civil site design, sewer, water or drainage improvement projects.
- Integrating AI with engineering review processes.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal permitting processes.

Pay
This is an introductory civil engineering position. Salary to be commensurate with experience - room for advancement.
