We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with diverse needs, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. Responsibilities
- Completes Monthly Summaries according to Medicaid regulations.
- Promptly reports all accidents and/or incidents.
- Ensures safety procedures are followed in work services, classroom settings and outings.
- Works with Services Coordinator as needed to meet participant’s goals.
- Other duties as assigned
