We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide personalized support to individuals with diverse needs, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. Your dedication will empower Individuals to reach for the stars in a safe, respectful environment while promoting their well-being through attentive care and meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities
- Completes Monthly Summaries according to Medicaid regulations.
- Promptly reports all accidents and/or incidents.
- Ensures safety procedures are followed in work services, classroom settings and outings.
- Works with Services Coordinator as needed to meet participant’s goals.
- Other duties as assigned
